秋季寶寶常咳嗽怎麼辦?

3、鼻腔幹幹的,沒有鼻涕或是少量的清鼻涕。
4、咳嗽沒有痰,或是出現類似感冒的打噴嚏等症狀。
這樣我們就可以“對症下藥”了,這裏要提醒各位媽媽的是秋燥幹咳應謹慎鎮咳,如果是幹咳,建議多喝水,多吃一些潤肺的瓜果和食物,如胡蘿卜、白蘿卜、銀耳、木耳,或用它們熬湯後服用,有利於預防秋燥幹咳。目前正是秋梨上市,可以多給孩子吃,可以養肺潤燥、潤腸通便、預防咳嗽。
